Enhancing Single-Use Mixing Processes for Small Volume Parenteral Formulations

About the lecture 

Single use mixing technologies for process volumes <50L are very limited. SaniSure’s Mixed4Sure Bottom Mount (M4SB) aims to correct that by creating a mixing platform specifically targeted at small volumes. This lecture will provide insights into the test results and product features that Mixed4Sure offers which make it an effective solution for formulation processes, including:

• Shear forces analysis
• Protein adsorption
• Adjuvant suspension
• Low volume mixing & fluid recovery

About the speaker

Luke Coxon has been a Product Manager for SaniSure since 2021 and has global responsibility for the mixing portfolio, ensuring that the product has the necessary technical, quality and functional features that are needed by drug manufacturers. Prior to joining SaniSure he worked for Sartorius in various marketing and technical support roles and, prior to that, as an end-user implementing SUT into an Influenza manufacturing process at Novartis.
