Building a Continuous, Cost-effective and Scalable Cultivated Meat Process
About the speaker
Caspar Quakkelaar has a background in biotechnology and engineering and obtained a Master of Science in Life Science and Technology from TU Delft in 2021. Caspar started at Meatable in 2021 and currently works there as an Associate Bioprocess Engineer where he is involved in improving the productivity of the process by focussing on getting the process as continuous as possible. Moreover, he is currently working on scaling up this continuous process from R&D to pilot scale.
